1.  General

1. The organiser of the Moneywise Sharemarket Challenge ('Challenge') is Moneywise Global Pty Ltd ABN 57 141 183 815 (‘Moneywise Global’). The Challenge is run in conjunction with ASX Operations Pty Limited ABN 42 004 523 782 (‘ASXO’) in the technical delivery and administrative support of the Challenge.
2. Participation in the Challenge is subject to compliance with the General Conditions of the Moneywise Global website located at https://www.moneywiseglobal.com/ and the Challenge Rules. Participants should familiarise themselves with the Challenge Rules prior to making an application to participate in the Challenge. Any person who completes and submits an online registration form for the Challenge located at https://game.asx.com.au/game/moneywise/domain/register ('Challenge Website') is deemed to accept the Challenge Rules, and will be bound accordingly.
3. ASXO and Moneywise Global have responsibility for the interpretation of the Challenge Rules and no correspondence about the interpretation of those Challenge Rules will be entered into.
4. ASXO and Moneywise Global reserve the right to amend the Challenge Rules at any time without notice.
5. Participants acknowledge that the Challenge is provided for information and educational purposes only. Participants acknowledge that any information supplied by Moneywise Global of ASXO in relation to the Challenge applies only to this Challenge, and such information should have no bearing on how a person should invest money in the share market. Participants acknowledge that such information does not constitute advice or recommendation of any financial products and that participants should consider obtaining independent advice before making any financial decision.
6. Participants acknowledge that the Challenge Rules do not necessarily correspond with the actual trading requirements of the ASX market, or any other securities market, or any securities regulatory authorities in Australia or elsewhere.
7. Participants acknowledge that the order queuing, order matching and other trading processes used in the Challenge do not necessarily correspond with the actual ASX TradeMatch market, or any other securities market.
8. Whilst every care has been taken in producing information in relation to the Challenge, neither Moneywise Global, Flight Centre Travel Group Limited ABN 25 033 377 188 and its related bodies corporate (‘Flight Centre’), ASXO, ASX Limited, nor any of the related bodies corporate of ASX Limited (the 'ASX Group') give any representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the information. To the extent permitted by law, Moneywise Global, Flight Centre, ASX Group and their employees, officers and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising in any way (including by way of negligence) from or in connection with any information provided or omitted or from any person acting or refraining to act in reliance on this information. Moneywise Global, Flight Centre and the ASX Group is not liable in any way for errors contained in information posted by users or Challenge administrators.
9. Moneywise Global and the ASX Group is not responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software including but not limited to failure of participants' emails on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to a participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in relation to the Challenge, or participant's inability, difficulty or failure to access any electronic site.
10. If, for any reason, the Challenge is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Moneywise Global or the ASX Group, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Challenge, Moneywise Global and ASXO reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Challenge and/or access to the Challenge at any time by giving notice of the same on the Moneywise Global website.
11. Participants release and hold harmless Moneywise Global, Flight Centre and the ASX Group and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Challenge or any prize(s) won.

2.  Eligible participants

1. The Challenge is open to Employees of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited ABN 25 033 377 188 and its related bodies corporate with membership to Moneywise Global. With the exception of Moneywise Global employees, participation is limited to FCTG employees based in Australia and New Zealand. 
2. Direct employees of Moneywise Global and their families are not eligible for the advertised or otherwise promoted prizes for The Challenge.
3. There is a limit of one (1) Challenge entry per person in the Challenge. Any person who registers or attempts to register more than one (1) entry in the Challenge will be in breach of the Challenge Rules and may be ineligible for a prize.
4. Moneywise Global and ASX reserves the right to limit the number of entrants to the Challenge. If Moneywise Global or ASX exercises this right, a message will appear on the Challenge Website advising that no more entries will be accepted.
5. Moneywise Global or ASXO has the right to extend or shorten the registration period of the Challenge by giving notice of the same on the Challenge Website.
6. Challenge Coordinator has absolute discretion when determining who is eligible to play the Challenge according to the eligibility criteria.

3.  Registration

1. Registration for the Challenge is free.
2. Persons wishing to participate in the Challenge must complete and submit the online registration form located at: https://game.asx.com.au/game/moneywise/domain/register.The ASX Group accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, corrupted, misdirected, misplaced or destroyed online registration forms, nor for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or unauthorised access to, or alteration of online registration forms, whether or not caused by this, or some other factor or factors.
3. All entries are subject to final acceptance by the Challenge Coordinator ('Challenge Coordinator').

4.  Playing the Challenge

1. The first day of trading in the Challenge is 26 March 2018 and the last day of trading is 1 June 2018  ('Challenge Period'). These dates are subject to change without notice.
2. Participants are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur under their username and password ('Trading Account'). 
3. Moneywise Global and The ASX Group accepts no responsibility for any transactions resulting from unauthorised access to the Trading Account of any participant, and accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage resulting from the unauthorised use of a participant's Trading Account. Moneywise Global or ASXO reserves the right to refuse entry to the Challenge, suspend a person(s) access to the Challenge, or disqualify any person(s) from the Challenge, at any time, without notice. 
4. Participants acknowledge that the ASX Group may use information arising out of the Challenge, and may pass on the information to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, or any other regulatory or supervisory authority for regulatory and/or supervisory purposes.
5. Participants acknowledge and agree that, during the Challenge Period, Moneywise Global may:
   a) publish on the Challenge Website or at any other location, details of the current leaders of the Challenge including the participant’s Player name, portfolio and geographic location;
   b) and promote the Challenge through the publication of these details, including on social networking sites such as Twitter and other similar sites.
6. Participants consent to receiving newsletters and other information in electronic or other format, in relation to the Challenge from Moneywise Global or from any third party on behalf of Moneywise Global. Participants acknowledge that the newsletters may, from time to time, contain information that advertises or promotes, or offers to supply, goods or services of Moneywise Global or any third party. Participants may unsubscribe from such newsletters or information at any time by utilising the unsubscribe facility provided in the newsletters.
7. In the event that the Challenge has Challenge Sponsors, through the period of the Challenge, there may be communication and or offers to participants from the Challenge Sponsors.
8. Communications from ASX – By accepting the Challenge terms and conditions, participants agree to receive email communications from ASX. ASXO may use each consenting participant’s Personal Information for the particular purpose and period provided ASXO at all times complies with Privacy Laws. You can read more about ASX's email Newsletter Privacy statement on collection of your information. You can refer to the ASX Privacy Policy for further information.

5.  Leagues

1. Participants may set up their own league within the Challenge.
2. There must be a minimum of 3 people in a league to be eligible for the league prize
3. The participant that sets up a league becomes the administrator (‘Administrator’) of that league.
4. Each participant can only be in 5 leagues and can only set up 5 leagues.
5. The maximum number of participants in a league is 200.
6. Each League Administrator is responsible for its own members and for messages sent to league members using Challenge messaging.
7. A League Administrator may remove a member from a league if that member is sending inappropriate messages using Challenge messaging.
8. The Challenge Coordinator may remove a member from a league if that member is sending inappropriate messages using Challenge messaging, or engaging in other behaviour that the Challenge Coordinator deems inappropriate.     
9. All leagues must have been created and participants joined by 4 May to be eligible for the league prize.

6.  Prize information

     Prize Winners

1. The prize-winning participants will be determined and declared by Moneywise Global in accordance with the rules and the criteria set out in this section. Moneywise Global decisions regarding the prize-winning participants are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. To be eligible for the prizes, the following conditions must be met:
   (a) the participant must have complied with the Challenge Rules;
   (b) the participant must have purchased (bought) shares, within the Challenge, in four (4) different companies over the Challenge Period. 
   (c) the participant must not have been disqualified from the Challenge.
3. Prize-winners agree to participate in any publicity Moneywise Global, Flight Centre and ASX requires. By accepting a prize, the prize-winners automatically grant to Moneywise Global, Flight Centre and ASX the right to use, or to licence the usage of, their proper name, image, rendition and likenesses without further permission or financial compensation to any person, for any promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
4. This is the criteria that will used to determine the prize winners. There will be two (2) Challenge prize-winners – First place (1st) individual and First place (1st) league.
5. (a) the participant with the highest valued Challenge portfolio at the end of the Challenge, as determined by the Challenge Coordinator, will be declared the 1st place prize-winner. The 1st place prize-winner will receive a $10,000 Flight Centre Travel Group Voucher.
   (b) the League with the highest valued Challenge average portfolio at the end of the Challenge, as determined by the Challenge Coordinator, will be declared the 1st place league prize-winner. The league will receive a $2,000 Flight Centre Travel Group Voucher to be divided equally among league participants.
6. At the close of the Challenge Period, final portfolio values (including 'cash-on-hand' and shares) will be automatically valued using the closing price as stated in the Challenge on final day of trading, or such other date as Moneywise Global may determine.
7. The Challenge coordinator reserves the right to alter this valuation methodology without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the valuation thereby derived is not an accurate or appropriate representation of market value.
8. A Participant's final portfolio executed via the Place an order page will be the only evidence of trading accepted by Moneywise Global.

7.  Flight Cenre Travel Group Vouchers

These terms apply to all gift cards and electronic vouchers issued by or on behalf of Flight Centre Travel Group (“FCTG”) trading as “Flight Centre”, “Student Flights”, “Escape Travel”, “Travel Associates” or “Cruiseabout” (each a “Gift Card”). By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms.

1. Gift Cards are redeemable at participating FCTG retail stores located within Australia.
2. Unless otherwise stated on the Gift Card, Gift Cards are valid for use within 12 months from the date of issue.
3. Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Card which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
4. Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases, but will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires.
5. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
6. Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency.
7. You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by FCTG or its employees.
8. Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or refunded.
9. Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.
10. Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with FCTG’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.flightcentre.com.au or in store.
11. The laws of Australia apply to these terms and conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them.
12. Questions or problems relating to Gift Cards should be directed to FCTG’s Gift Cards department on gift_cards@flightcentre.com or (03) 9026 3859. Complaints about purchases made with a Gift Card should be resolved directly with the store concerned.
13. There will be 10 x AUD $100 Coles Myer Gift (AUS) and 10 NZD $100 x  Countdown (NZ) vouchers for the weekly Most Improved winners. These winners are determined at the sole discretion of the Challenge Coordinator. An entrant is only eligible to win most improved player on a single occasion. If the same entrant qualifies as most improved this will default to the next most improved and so on until a unique winner is found for any given week throughout The Challenge.

 8.  Coles Myer Voucher

1. You can use your Gift Card to purchase most products available in store*. Your Gift Card can be loaded with a value of your choice between $5 and $500, and is valid for a period of 2 years from the time of purchase. * Please note: Some conditions and exclusions apply.  Please read our Gift Card Terms of Use.

   More than once, more than one participating store
   You might not want to spend all the amount on your Gift Card in one go. You can use your card as many times as you want, in any of the participating stores, until the balance reaches zero.
   If your purchase is more than the amount available on your gift card, you can make up the full amount with other types of payment, for example cash, EFTPOS, credit or charge card.
    
   Your gift card value
   When purchased, each Gift Card is loaded with a value between $5 and $500.  If the card value is not printed on the card carrier, you may check your balance online by using the 4 digit Access PIN on the reverse of your card.  Alternatively, contact the customer response team on 1300 304 990.
   
   You may also request a list of your Gift Card transaction history online. Please treat your Gift Card like cash.  Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. 

   
   
   Moneywise Global reserves the right to substitute the prizes, for prizes of equal or greater value, where the prizes listed in the Rules are no longer available.

9. Countdown Gift Card 

1. Your Countdown gift card can be redeemed for goods and services from Countdown stores up to the value loaded onto your Countdown gift card. Value redeemed is deducted from the card balance. You can use your Countdown gift card for online purchases at New Zealand Wine Society (http://www.nzwinesociety.co.nz/) provided you are over the age of 18 years. Countdown gift cards cannot be used at stand alone Lotto counters or terminals. 
   
   Countdown gift cards cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash or used to obtain cash. Resale of Countdown gift cards is strictly prohibited, except with our prior written consent. If approved, gift cards cannot be resold for more than the unspent value of the Countdown gift card. Countdown gift cards that are resold in breach of this paragraph 4.4 will be invalid with the result that purchasers of those cards will not be able to use or redeem unspent value on their Countdown gift cards. 
   
   ​Your use of the Countdown gift card at a Countdown store is subject at all times to the policies (and, where applicable, other terms and conditions) of that Countdown store regarding the goods and services made available by it and to compliance with law. 
   
   Where the price of the goods or services being purchased with the Countdown gift card exceeds the card balance, you must pay the amount exceeding the card balance by an alternative payment method at the discretion of the relevant Countdown store. 
   
   From 1 December 2016, Countdown gift cards will not have an expiry date and may be redeemed at any time. The expiry of unspent values within 12 months from the date of purchase will no longer apply to Countdown gift cards issued on or after 1 December 2015. Countdown gift cards issued prior to 1 December 2015, remain expired and may not be redeemed. 
   
   Once your Countdown gift card has reached a nil balance it cannot be re-activated. The redemption of Countdown gift cards is restricted to the purchase of standard retail quantities of goods. No recharging of the Countdown gift card. After a Countdown gift card has been activated, you cannot subsequently add value to it. 
   
   Transaction enquiries - You can check your Countdown gift card's transaction history and card balance by:(a) visiting the website, or (b) calling 0800 40 40 40. To make a balance enquiry as set out above, you must enter your card number and PIN.

9.   Tied results

1. If there is more than one (1) participant holding the highest valued Challenge portfolio/s, the prize money shall be shared at the discretion of Moneywise Global.

10.  Technical requirements

1. To play the Challenge, participants must have a version of Internet Explorer 9 or above.
2. Browsers must be configured to accept Cookies and enable Java Script. The Challenge works best on Chrome and Firefox.
3. The Challenge may also be played on a mobile device provided it meets the technical specifications required.
4. Participants acknowledge that the security level for their browsers may need to be set to the standard medium level or lower in order to access the Challenge. Computers installed with Firewall, anti-virus protection or other security protection programs may also require configuration changes in order to access the Challenge. Moneywise Global is not obliged to assist with the configuration of individual computer settings or security software.
